I would not recommend this walk, I brought my dogs and she didn't seem happy with that...I've took my dogs to other walks and no one said anything against them, so I had to stand at the back and 'hang my head' in shame....Not a nice welcome to walk, the only information I didn't know before this walk was regarding one of the victims location which was over a mile away, that is something I did learn. However when she was explaining things and showing the iPad I missed most of the pictures, she only briefly held it up so I didn't know what she was talking about. Very frustrating and annoying. She should really hold up the iPad so everybody can see not just a few people at the front. I've been on other Jack the Ripper walks and they were far superior but that's just my opinion.

I am sorry you did not enjoy the tour can I ask which tour it was and when you attended as I cannot find anyone with your name in September? In regards to your dogs, we have had dogs on the tour before but Brick Lane and surrounding area does get very busy at weekends, so it is not really suitable as sometime people passing by on narrow pavements might accidentally tread on them or even a member of the group might due to the crowded streets. Our guides know a great deal of in depth info about all the victims as well as the murders, so if you knew as much then you must be a real Jack the Ripper fan who has read almost every book if there was nothing new for you except the one site a mile away. Two of our guides have 14" samsung tablets and the other an 11" no Ipads! Incidentally, we do try to scan them round the whole group but when there's are a lot of people sometime those on the sides do find it difficult to see,. If you could not see you could have mentioned it and I'm sure the guide would have made it, so you could see properly you only had to mention it to her.
