Extremely disappointing facilities. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and only the steam room and sauna were available, as well as only one shower in the gents’ changing room. Staff are friendly and helpful and the treatments are excellent, but the facilities are basic and it’s not a good value offer.

Went with my wife, we really enjoyed the Spa, the facilities was clean and relaxing.
A BIG thank you to Becky for the back massage, she did an amazing job.
Chloe did a great job on the facials for my wife, she was very please.
