Better signposting to toilets required. We were surprised that you had to go into the tea room to reach them.

The female staff were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. All afternoon teas are different in their own way.. and this one was average... could do with the teapot being bigger (enough for 2 cups each) and more milk and sugar on the table instead by the counter.... I traditionally thing afternoon teas should be with china old fashioned tea pots and cups and saucers and they don't have to match... I think it is a place alot of older people would go and I think they would appreciate china.
