Aldens is a family-run firm headed up by Matthew Alden, the great-great-great-great-great-grandson of founder Issac back in 1793, Aldens supply beef, lamb, pork, poultry, game, cooked and continental meats to hotels, restaurants and universities as well as serving the public from their premises at Osney Mead, Oxford. Recent developments includes new dry age beef fridges and The Butchers Kitchen which offers bespoke butchery classes.
