Although we had booked in advance for afternoon cream tea for eight, there wasn't a table ready for us. After waiting 15 minutes and looking around the shop area to kill time, they still hadn't prepared a table. So we pushed two tables for four together, removed the previous dirty plates, and sat down. Admittedly they were very busy, but I feel a reservation should mean a table is set and prepared for the time booked. There was no apologies, and the cream tea with scones were okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately there were too many young staff members, and seemed like no senior member of staff in charge. I personally wouldn't go again.
