Available six days a week in Welwyn Garden City and St Albans, these outdoor boot camp classes will see groups push themselves in the name of fitness for an hour. Monday, Wednesday and Friday feature the 6am early birds class and the 9.30am day-time session, while 6.30pm stamina sessions take place on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Guests can swing some punches against pads on Saturday with the 10am boxing boot camp session, and all take place on Bernards Heath Recreation ground in St Albans. Classes are suitable for both men and women, and all equipment is provided.
