The Event
Starting in late June, The Wimbledon Championships invites tennis fans to watch and encourage their favourite player on the lawn at the oldest tennis tournament in the world. During two summer weeks, tennis players from all over the world will gather and compete at the All England Club, providing sporting spectacle as they fight their way up to the finals. As the late champion of 2013, Andy Murray opens the first match on the centre court, the other stages will open up to host the beginning of the five main events of Wimbledon. Guests will cheer for the gentlemen and ladies' singles and doubles as well as the exciting mixed doubles as they will try and form the perfect tag team for a sporting competition. As the final match approaches, the best ATP players in the world will increase the adrenaline and test their limits trying to surpass their predecessors that have entertained the crowd since 1877.
