Snow Hotel & Arctic Glass Igloos
Boasting a picture-perfect location on the shores of Lehtojärvi Lake, Snow Hotel and Arctic Glass Igloos invite travellers to enjoy a frosty retreat in quaint surroundings.
Carved each year to have a different appearance, the Snow Hotel can sleep up to 70 guests, and features unique rooms decorated with ice art and illuminated artwork which come complete with arctic sleeping bags with fleece linings and reindeer furs. Toilet and shower facilities can be found in the adjacent main building.
Next to the Snow Hotel, surrounded by pine trees, the glass-roofed igloos offer ideal conditions for sleeping beneath the starry sky and watching the Northern Lights. The igloos are heat insulated and boast underfloor heating, motorized beds, fridges, electric kettles, as well as toilets, showers, and hairdryers.
Guests can also opt for sauna baths (available at an extra cost) which combine thick steam with snow walls, while the on-site restaurants serve up an array of various dishes and beverages.
