Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Groupon. This email includes all the details of the timings and day of the event.
3. Activate Your Ticket
Before the event, please make sure to preview your ticket on groupon 48 hours prior to the event in order to activate your barcode and unique code.
4. Present at the Event
On the day of the event, have your barcode ready and show it to the Warwick Session team for entry.
Tip: Make sure you can easily access your voucher in the "My Groupons" section of your account so you can present it quickly from your device when you arrive at the venue.
Restrictions: Cancellation: No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. Age restrictions: Under 16's must be accompanied by an Adult. Disability Access: ''Groupon cannot guarantee vouchers will be for step-free access tickets. For step-free access, please contact and purchase from the venue directly'' Additional important information: All changes to Groupon Terms and Conditions as agreed in the MSA/Framework Agreement for 2018/2019 between AEG Presents and Groupon UK & IE.
If the event is cancelled due to an event outside of the merchant's control (including any recommendations from the Ministry of Health), Groupon will reimburse you the money you have paid for the voucher. If the event is postponed Groupon will only reimburse you if you request a refund.
