Summer In Singleton
Orchard Entertainment present Summer In Singleton on the first day of summer this June, with entry available to the Sunday event. A midsummer night’s dream line-up includes Alfie Boe, Rebecca Ferguson, Collabro and Sophie Evans taking to the stage with local hero compere Mal Pope. Alfie Boe headlines the day, with the popular British tenor known for appearances in Les Misérables and the Diamond Jubilee concert, as well as his platinum-selling albums and role in ITV’s Mr Selfridge. Five-piece Collabro provide their own brand of boy band-flavoured musical theatre, having won the eighth series of Britain’s Got Talent and seeing their debut album going into the charts at number one last year. X Factor series seven runner-up Rebecca Ferguson also takes to the stage, having released Platinum and Gold-selling albums and receiving MOBO and MTV Europe award nominations in 2012. Wales’ own Sophie Evans will make an appearance too, with the multi-talented actress and singer known for a selection of West End, film and television appearances.
