You will then have 2 x 30 minute follow up consultations at your convenience over the next month or two.
During this time you will have access to a WhatsApp chat with your personal consultant for any additional support or questions that you may have.
You will also gain access to private WhatsApp groups with fellow members where you can share support, recipes and tips 24/7 to help keep you on track.
Finally take control of your diet and learn how to reduce weight and maintain this new lifestyle long term. Lab testing and supplementation may be advised for additional costs but are not essential.
