Absolutely wonderful - I have had ongoing deep shoulder pain for years and after a few sessions with Rob I have gained relief and movement Definitely would recommend to anyone with muscular pain. This is NOT a pamper massage

Rob is very good, he was knowledgeable about my problems and gave me good advice about exercises.
The only problem was that Groupon said I didn’t need to book and there was no phone number. I thought that was strange but went along one morning to find I did need to book. I had to decide whether to wait nearly 2hours or make an appointment for another day. I’d driven 15 miles but the weather was bad so went home, a wasted morning.
