Today’s Groupon offers 10 or 20 Salvia Mixed Collection Plants, distributed by Hayloft Plants Limited.
- Mixed collection of Salvia plants containing 10 different varieties
- Produce attractive nectar rich flower spires which are a magnet for garden pollinators
- Flower from June through until September
- Ideal for adding elegance and movement to your garden borders and patio containers
- Foliage produces a herbal sage aroma
- Supplied as jumbo plug plants, ideal for potting on now
- At maturity the growth heights will vary between 60-100cm and spread 60cm
- Do best in full sun but will tolerate a little shade
- For best performance plant in fertile, well-drained soil in a south or east facing spot
- Each collection will contain the following varieties:
- Salvia Oriental Dove: a new variety introduced at the virtual Chelsea Flower Show 2020
- Salvia Mulberry Jam: weather-resistant, will flower profusely for an up to six months from late spring to the first frost
- Salvia Peach Cobbler: peachy pink blooms that are loved by bees
- Salvia Nuchi: ideal for planting in borders and containers or near a path, where the fragrance will be released whenever the leaves are brushed
- Salvia x jamensis Senorita Leah: salmon-pink, open-mouthed blooms, each one with a creamy-yellow, pink tinged upper lip
- Salvia La Mancha: open-mouthed cream, pink tinged blooms adorn scented foliage from spring to autumn
- Salvia Javier: RHS award-winning salvia that adds zesty colour to the garden with rich spires of purple flowers
- Salvia Neon: new introduction to our Salvia family; the large, almost luminous, velvety pink, open-mouthed flowers
- Salvia Peach Cobbler: as near to an orange Salvia as you can get. Peachy orange open-mouthed blooms adorn tall wiry stems
- Salvia Nachtvlinder: produces an abundance of deep purple, almost velvety, open mouthed blooms above pretty sage scented foliage
