Equipment provided. A 32-station gym with a standard range of machines and equipment provided.
Health/Medical Restrictions. An induction will take place on the first visit so advisable to make any health issues known at the time.

Access to professional coaching/instructors/personal coaching (fees + availability?) - Not available at this time, although the instructors are known for being personable, encouraging and giving people one-to-one attention when the gym is less busy as part of standard membership
Access to complementary facilities NA Availability/Restrictions? - None, but the gym membership includes a 'social membership' which gives discounts on entertainment events, food and drink, etc.
