Customers wishing to book a private event with this Groupon Offer can email: info@thewilliammorris.co.uk. Please supply the proposed date and the number of guests and the nature of the party, such as Hen night.
For Private bookings please note that the minimum number is for 24. Customers would need to purchase two vouchers for 12 persons. The maximum number for this promotion is 36. Customers may purchase up to 3 vouchers.

Please note that free-flowing bubbly lasts for 90 minutes from the time of the booking.
- Day validity: Monday-Sunday
- Lunch and dinner served 12-5pm and 7pm-midnight
- Customers have two hours set up times free of charge prior to the evening event and one hour prior to day time events.
- Customers can request extra time to set up at a nominal charge per hour.
- Guests can bring a cake but there is an additional charge may be applied if cutlery, crockery or napkins are required.
- Customers are allowed to bring crisps or nuts with them for parties of 24 or more, but customers will need to bring their own dispensers. No other food or drink is allowed on to the premises to be consumed or not.
- Decorations are permitted but not the use of sellotape or table sprinkle decorations. Guests can book their own DJ for parties of 24 or more. Please note that the DJ will have to bring their own complete sound systems. Please also note that they do limit the noise to a ‘reasonable level’ conducive with having a great time! They do have DJs that can be booked through William Morris.
- All parties over the size of 24 are exclusive hire events.
- This is an express booking service, ideally suited to those wishing to host their own a party, at a very competitive rate and with minimal booking arrangements.
- The price of drinks are in line with other bars and pubs and restaurants in the local Walthamstow area.
Fine Print
Expires 4 months after purchase. Limit 1 per 2, 4, 6 or 12 people, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Mandatory online booking required at least 24 hours in advance. Check availability here and book here. Confirmed bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 5 days before the appointment. 14-day cancellation rights only apply if the booking can still be cancelled.
