The Merchant

Inspired by Art Deco design from around the 1930's, Centenary Lounge recaptures the look of old bygone railway days. The restaurant serves all its food and drink on tableware replicated from the china used in the 1930s dining cars of the Great Western Railway. Adding an extra stem of history to the surroundings, an original fireplace from the director's office at Paddington station is mounted inside the building. From breakfast bites to gourmet sandwiches, a variety of meals are available throughout the day alongside an expansive menu of wines, coffees and smoothies to complement.
