The food and service was really good but the entertainment was really bad. It was very off putting a lady screeching in the background.

Very very slow poor service from staff who don't know what they're doing. No structure No sense of urgency No customer service Be prepared for a very long wait for everything.

Nice afternoon but too many people are squeezed into a small space and our table of 13 was right next to the piano player and the door . This didn’t work for most of the company so we moved down to 2 very worn brown sofas with were set up to split the company. The afternoon tea was nice but not anything special the sandwiches were a bit sparse . We had 2 drinks then left went elsewhere

Afternoon tea was okay but not as good as other places. The food was limited and could have been more exciting. Scones were lovely. Interesting surroundings.
