I found the female member of staff very abrupt and made me feel unwelcome. She did not explain what she would do. The man who did the massage was good. He left as quietly as he arrived. On leaving I was given a leaflet and encouraged to return

My appointment was running late like about 30 minutes , I had never had this done before, so had no idea what to expect, had normal back massage for 15 minutes or less , then lady came in and put some needles max 8 of them all over my back and some on shoulders , no explanation how this works or any information, even tho I told her I never had this done before . After I was very lightheaded for about 40 minutes . Soon is over she said I can go even tho I told her I how I feel she said it’s normal . Still no information . After all it’s ok , but that all I can say . Not impressed but ok

accupuncture was really nice and a relaxing 30 minutes but massage felt so rushed and didn't seem to be of benefit.

The treatment would have been good if she did not have to leave the room twice to talk to people and also if there was not a dog in the property that started barking , if you go fir a massage when you start the treatment you should not take your hands of the client as this is disconnection so leaving the room twice was not good at all during the treatment
