I had been to this restaruant before with or without vouchers, and was always great. However, my recent visit on 5th Sept, the staff was very rude and made us felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The place was never busy at all the times we went, often there were only 1 or 2 other tables with customers when we went, therefore, we never booked and we never had problems. But at my recent visit, we were given a hard time by the staff saying we should book a table and he was on and on saying that to us. We felt awkward not knowing if that's ok for us to stay. His attitude and words made us felt awful. I had two other colleagues arrived after we sat down, they didnt book either. But they didn't get the "lesson" from the staff. It was fine if he said we must book but why on that particular day but not all the time in our previous visits? I will certainly not going back to a place who shows no respect to customer and clearly have different standard depends on who you are. Myself and my friend are female. My two colleagues who arrived after us are male. There are lots of good indian restaurant in Aberdeen, I will not going back to Shri Bheema.
