It is hard to follow the instructions of the trainers especially in popular group sessions because I can't hear them . Usually I am in the back of the studio and the trainer is shouting over the music. Why there is not a hands freemicrophone for them to use? Booking sessions is hit and miss depending who I am talking to. Some members of staff will book me on a session under their name some will not even bother and they will ask me to just turn up on the day. One admited that there is a way to book a session for grupon customers but nobody knew how. As far as the staff knowledge goes is somewhat questionable because when I asked about membership what the told me is not what is explained online. So I am still not clear as to what am I getting if I become member. The staff are ok in regards to customer service but they don't go beyond the call of duty. For example on my first day there I didn't even get a tour of the facilities. I would go back because they are close to my house, they have good range of classess, but I don't think I'll recommend them to a friend.
