Lolita is highly professional and the clinic has a relaxing atmosphere. I was in agony with toe pain for months with no idea why. I left the clinic with the pain and issue 100% resolved!

The lady was very gentle and thorough, and showed me how to cut my nails correctly in addition to removing the hard skin. We also had a pleasant and interesting chat. Highly recommend!

I booked a Medi-Pedicure for my mum as gift which promised to address cracked heels, hard skin, calluses, corns, and a range of other foot issues. Unfortunately, the treatment was far from what was advertised. The session lasted only 15 minutes, despite being listed as 45 minutes long. Cracked heels were not even attempted, and hard skin remained untouched. When I asked the technician to perform a nail trim, she questioned whether my mum actually wanted it and only did one foot! The technician was rude throughout the consultation, unwelcoming, and confrontational, which made the experience even more uncomfortable for my mum. We expected a professional, thorough treatment, but it was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this service based on our experience. If we could have we would have selected zero stars!
