We had a great time at the spa yesterday! We spent the whole day there and felt very relaxed afterwards. All the staff were really attentive, from reception, to the afternoon tea, to the treatment. The treatment was amazing and my therapist was so friendly, she listened to my preferences and made the experience so relaxing. There was a good amount of facilities including pools, sauna, steam room etc and it wasn’t too busy or crowded. My only feedback would be that the spa and changing rooms are a little bit worn/could do with a refresh - but we still had a very enjoyable experience.

Completely fabulous experience. Treatments were superb and the staff were fantastic. Really brilliant. Such a shame it’s closing next week for 6-9 months for a refurbishment that really isn’t needed and disgusting that the staff are being laid off.

Visited the spa with my sister and had an amazing time! Very friendly staff all around the facilities, lots of different places to relax. Treatment was wonderful and afternoon tea was lovely too- worth the money paid and will definitely be going back!

Had a lovely day, the staff were welcoming and very accommodating. The facilities in the spa were good. The treatments were heavenly, leaving us totally relaxed. Then to finish the day a sparkling afternoon tea. What could be nicer. The deal was an absolute bargain. Would love to do the day again.
