Run down hardly the luxury experience we expected, not all the facilities were available and found out when there that it was due to be closed down for a full refurbishment if we’d know probably booked somewhere else

We had a great time at the spa yesterday! We spent the whole day there and felt very relaxed afterwards. All the staff were really attentive, from reception, to the afternoon tea, to the treatment. The treatment was amazing and my therapist was so friendly, she listened to my preferences and made the experience so relaxing. There was a good amount of facilities including pools, sauna, steam room etc and it wasn’t too busy or crowded. My only feedback would be that the spa and changing rooms are a little bit worn/could do with a refresh - but we still had a very enjoyable experience.

Completely fabulous experience. Treatments were superb and the staff were fantastic. Really brilliant. Such a shame it’s closing next week for 6-9 months for a refurbishment that really isn’t needed and disgusting that the staff are being laid off.

Everyone was wonderfully helpful and I really enjoyed the day. Facilities are a little run down and undergoing refurbishment. This was reflected in the discount and didn’t disrupt the day overall.
