Lovely little place to visit, I would have rated it higher if hadn’t been for the poor way of booking. It’s hard to book in advance as something like this depends on weather. We visited once and forgot to reserve a slot which resulted in us having to pay even though having the voucher with us. Then the second time I ended up having to speak to a groupon adviser as it wasn’t processing our slot on the site. When we finally got there it rained our entire visit.

Yes we had a good day feeding the animals and going on the park. The weather spoilt it raining and cold.

Maybe our expectations were too high, we expected to see a larger variety of animals, We had a timed ticket for 1.36pm and we were back in the car for 2.00pm, after walking around the animals to see.

It wa a nice day out with the grandson. The animal petting with the guinea pigs was was great and the toys and park were also good. Enjoyed the food at the cafe although it was a little expensive. Would recommend

go elsewhere - this place needs some serious tlc , which is so sad as it used to be lovely .Go to the free farm in St Annes instead.

Absolutely awful, very small not many animals. When arriving our booking wasn’t on their records manager was adamant they removed any 10am booking from groupon until I provided the proof and even then rather than an apology made us feel as though they were allowing us entry as an exception when we had paid and were fully entitled to enter. Kids were only allowed to hold one animal at the handling part of the farm. Would not recommend, worst farm I’ve been too and we’ve been to quite a few.
