Had a great experience at phoenix enduro training ,my instructor Steve talked me through everything from the riding gear to the bike ,everything is supplied for you (you can also request a lower seat height bike for shorter riders)great little off road track ,I learnt so much in the time I was there .highly recommend trying this .
