**PLEASE NREAD AND DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE ME** I first contacted to book an appointment on Sat 18th May, no one answered but they texted me back, taking my voucher code and my phone number, including my name and scheduled me for an appointment Tues 21st May. I turned up at 10:45am (15 mins before my appointment) as it says on Google and on their phone line that they're open at 10am - 8pm. There was nobody there - the shop front shutter was closed. I called their number 12 times, including trying to connect to the other branches but no one ever picked up and their mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message. I also texted and called the number that originally booked the appointment - no response. As I was getting ready to leave, a different number texted me saying they missed my call. And I texted back saying I had an appointment and was standing outside in the pouring rain. The texts said someone was coming and apologised they were running late. At 11:07am, someone strolls to the shop and opens the shutter so I went in after her. She apologised for keeping me. We finally did the 1st treatment (I purchased a 2 treatment voucher). She asked when I wanted to return, I said as soon as possible and she gave me a Saturday appointment for 11am. On Saturday morning, I started my 1hr 20mins journey to the other side of London for my appointment and there was no one there once again - the shutter was down. I called the number again, sent a few more messages to no response. So I waited around till 11:15am and when no one turned up, I left. Then the following day (Sunday), this lady texts me back saying she never saw my appointment in the diary and proceeded to argue with me that I left the wrong phone number (fyi, how can they have the wrong number for me if they only do text message bookings?), and continued to lie that they were there at 11:15am. No apology, nothing. I also have a picture of a timestamp of the time I took the picture of their closed shutters at 11:12am. All in all, I think this is a business that is probably on the verge of break down because there is only one person who works the phone and one person who works the shops and they are both never available. They use Groupon to stay afloat and management is extremely poor. This has been a sad waste of my time, my energy and efforts and my transport fares. In addition, this treatment is one where both sessions need to be done as close together as possible for maximum benefits. I cannot travel another 1hr20 mins to a place in the hope that the shop is open. Complete waste of my time. I would advise anyone booking with this company not to do it.
