Absolutely beautiful haircut and blow-dry. My hair has never looked so good and that's all thanks to the amazing Tara. Not only is she warm, really friendly but amazing at her job(real attention to detail)& very knowledgeable. There is a reason I am a repeat customer:). Thanks again,Tara :)

I don’t usually like to leave a negative review, as I know it affects people’s business. But I think it’s important sometimes for feedback! This has to be the worst hairdresser experience I have ever had! Firstly- I felt really judged about my hair. I’m currently unable to work due to ill health and so hadn’t been able to cut my hair for many months. Which I was fine with. The lady cutting my hair loudly announced that my hair condition was terrible. I felt told off and no compassion at all when I explained why (not that I should have to!) In fact I was told, someone in healthcare like me should know better, that I should have more self care. It was awful. I then ended up having a lot more cut off than I wanted/ asked for, because the lady disagreed with what I thought was best! Then it was styled in a way I didn’t want and I was told that I didn’t need straightening irons. Which I do! I cried when I got home as it wasn’t what I wanted. I got the Groupon in order to have nice hair for an interview and business photos the next day. Which I had many issues with my hair being all over the place for. Absolute disaster! And taught me a lesson not to ever go with a discount hairdresser the day before something important. Unfortunately, I don’t think the lady purposely went out to made me feel awful, I think it’s just the way she is. Like a critical relative. But that’s not what I want when I pay someone to cut my hair! To finish it off, I was then told off for using an Amex card due to the costs to them. (If there was a sign I would have totally understood and used something else.) When I responded saying how I’d felt about the way I’d be treated the whole time I was shouted at, and pushed out of the shop with the door shut in my face! Never in my life have I had such an awful experience.
