Disorganised, flustered and quite stressful just to book an appointment. The merchant won’t book via email or text- you have to call for an appointment and then she will often say she’s busy when you get through to her, she will then ask you to call her back again later and then she can see what availability she has- a lot of work for a paying customer. It’s on you to keep calling and reminding her. She needs an assistant or a serious management course.
Too stressful for me.
