Service was excellent and the food was wonderful. Good variety.

I gifted this afternoon tea experience to my parents while they were visiting London, and we absolutely loved it. Everything was wonderful, from the atmosphere to the food, and I would highly recommend it. The tea was served hot, with a great variety of flavours to choose from. We loved the scones! The service was spotless, and Maria and Navdeep were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. A special thanks also to Jose for managing the booking so smoothly. We had a lovely time, and I would definitely return. If I may offer one small, purely aesthetic suggestion: the metal teapots feel slightly out of place compared to the otherwise elegant setting. Aside from that, a truly excellent experience.

My friend and I went for sparkling afternoon tea at Cafe Concerto in the Strand. The ambience was wonderful the Manager Jose Luis and the four staff that served us at different times, sorry can't member all your names were absolutely fantastic in their manner and attention to detail. The prosecco, teas, brooches, sandwiches, scones & cakes were absolutely fabulous. Thank You, Liz & Pauline
