We loved it. Took advantage of the Groupon discount and it came handy when the school was closed for teachers training. My kids love coming here and the staff are great.

Awful experience! Booked through Groupon booking system. When we arrived a lady scanned our code then asked us to complete the waivers. Once the waivers were complete we return to the front desk to get our wristbands, only to be told by a different member of staff that we could bot use the voucher as it was a "school holiday" which was shocking as it does not state that in the fine print. Also we used another voucher on the 5th January which was also a school holiday. I had 2 very unhappy children. Ended up taking my daughters to inflatanation instead. I reached out to the manager at Gravity Star City as now the voucher is showing a redeemed, to see if i could rebook for another date and he said no and that i would get a refund from Groupon within the next 7 days as it is not their. I have emailed Groupon and await a reply. REALLY disappointed as we regularly use Star City Gravity, NEVER again!

It was a shambles went for my daughtera birthday to be left waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes then to be looked at like i wasnt ment to be there then waiting for someone to appear at the refreshment counter the place is a joke never never again!!!

Terrible went for my daughters birthday to be left waiting at the deal to check in for over 10 minutes being looked at by workers who where xlueless then on top of that waiting for someone to appear at the refreshment counter,the place is a joke!
