- Suitable footwear is required – running shoes or trainers only. No sliders, sandals, heels, or loose footwear permitted.
- Loose items must be removed (including phones, keys, jewellery, and accessories). Lockers are available on-site.
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by Gravity staff at all times.
- Not suitable for pregnant guests or anyone with certain medical conditions (e.g., back, neck, or heart conditions).
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session to allow time for check-in and briefing.
