Lovely experience , happy with service and would definitely re-visit

Have to agree with the other bad review...not much of a spa as only had the massage and the small sauna was out of order. I even called a few days before to check it was useable so effectively you only get the massage and the drinks.

Found what I thought was a really good deal on Groupon where it's a full spa day with massage and body scrub, but when I got there I was told that the spa was not working, nobody thought to tell me this before I got there even though I'd paid for it. So even though you paid for a full spa day with body scrub and massage and sauna, all you get is a massage. And they told me I'd be called to come back as soon as the spa is up and running again but no one will call and if you call then you'll just get gaslit and fobbed off and told that you'll be called back as soon as the sauna is fixed....it's been 2 months now and nothing. The company doesn't respect you if you paid with a Groupon discount and this will keep coming up as justification in there explanations of why you didn't get the full package you paid for. There are more honest pamper day companies out there and luenire is not one of them, I would definitely not recommend them to anyone as all they want is your money and don't care about you once they have gotten it. There are other reputable and trusted as well as reliable spa and massage companies that offer discounts on Groupon that won't sell sell you a lie or treat you as second or third class just bec you paid vis Groupon and I would personally suggest you go elsewhere and don't use this company if you don't want to get ripped off and fleeced out of your hard earned money. You don't get what they advertised it's all lies to draw you in and grab your money and you don't get what you paid for nor will they refund you back if they can't provide the services they sold you
