Treasure Island Play Centre is a children's play centre located in the Northfield area of Birmingham. Trading since 2005, it is themed around a pirate ship and includes slides, ball pools, a rope bridge. There are tunnels, passages, climbing areas, and nets for children to play on, as well as a mini sports court and a dressing up area. A new role play area includes a wooden kitchen, mini sofas and a telephone box. There is also an area dedicated to under 4's where there is soft play equipment. The centre offers free craft activities during school holidays and a cafe providing healthy eating options. The centre runs annual events for festivities such as Christmas and other special occasions. Treasure Island Play Centre hosts children's birthday parties. There is a themed party room which can be booked for groups of ten to thirty children, with room for adults too. When booking a party, there are several options, including differing lengths of time for which the party will last and whether it is to be themed or not. Included in party packages are invitations, a reserved reserved, a play session, use of a private room and a visit from Pirate Pete. Face painting, party bags and a variety of hot and cold party food options are also available. For an additional cost, the whole centre can be booked privately. Birthday party bookings allow the birthday child to receive a free return trip to the play centre.
