First time here. Had a great treatment. Wonderful service, clean modern comfortable salon. Everything was explained along the way and my needs and concerns were taken into consideration. I will be returning & would highly recommend.

I never like leaving negative reviews but when you are allowing people to mess with your face, you have to be careful.i booked a HIFU facial, 1-11-2025. Fara greeted me, gave me a tablet, got me to sign some documents which I did. Never had anything done to my face and it was until I did some research, I realised what cowboys these are. Fara was full of speech, put a numbing cream, then came and treated me. She did not clean my face of makeup, no mapping, treatment with machine took 10 mins, no spf applied after treatment,no initial consultation to check if I had used retinol serum. I thought strange she did not clean my makeup. After research , realised, face should have been clean of makeup. Raised a complain, this shows what a cowboy company they are, my complaint was dealt with by Fara, who said you had good treatment. I asked why no spf was put on after treatment, apparently she does not do that in winter. Doh! I thought, uv r there even in winter. Got in touch with with Groupon, nothing they could do because voucher was redeemed. I am sharing this because these people seem to say they are professional, I wished I has asked Fara for her qualifications. Paid over 100 pounds, got an unprofessional treatment and I am waiting to see what damage has been done They are not regulated, be careful with your face. Groupon does not assess their qualifications. Bad bad experience and be aware of Fara, who overwhelms you with her talk. I remember lying on the bed looking at the mould on the ceiling thinking these people are not professional but it was too late to walk out. Very very bad experience for me, Groupon wants to make money but be careful who you trust your face, I do not recommend these cowboys. It’s like a factory belt, no proper consultation, no proper treatment and no redress for any complaint. I will never go back to this disgrace of a company.
