Sahiya was lovely. I came in for an unrealistic style sadly due to the condition of my hair being repeatedly dyed by students elsewhere I had to brave a big chop. She advised me what was best to have, I had full head of highlights with tint, cut and blow dry. My hair looks fresh and clean. Really happy thank you! Bare in mind if you have a style in your head this cannot always be what you get if your hair is not in good condition! Thank you Sahiya I will be back xxx
I had my Hair done first time from Sahiya she’s such a wonderful nice women. I had my Hair consultation she explained in details what was best for my hair. Sahiya is one the the best Hair stylist in London I can’t believe the results she achieved after my hair had been damaged from before and she was able to transform my hair back to brand New I had my hair highlighted cut, wash and blow dry. The overall experience was rather disappointing. Be aware that the voucher you purchase is only the beginning—there are many additional costs. I bought the wash, cut, highlights, and blow-dry option.
During the “consultation,” I was told I would need to pay an additional £300 for the highlights I originally wanted, and that the process would take six hours. Alternatively, I could pay £85 extra for a global colour. Either way, the original £39.99 price jumped to £125—more than triple.
I decided to forgot the highlights and just get a wash,cut and blow-dry, which was also quite poor. The hairdresser came across as really inexperienced—clumsy and pulling my hair to the point of discomfort. At one point, the main hairdresser even gave her a silent signal to stop by waving her hands.
The blow-dry was supposed to be curly, but after 50 minutes of styling, it came out completely flat. The atmosphere in the salon felt tense and unwelcoming.
I wouldn’t recommend buying the voucher thinking it's the final price—expect to pay much more.
The experience overall was uncomfortable. I had to sit and wait over an hour for my appointment. Sahiya said I would need to pay £60 extra for Toner £40 for treatment and £35 for extra length hair (even though on the website it says £25. After I refused to pay the extra £40 for treatment in which she kept giving digs about money which was really unprofessional uncomfortable and ruined the experience.
Thereafter in the end she tried charging me an extra £40 still for ‘color correction’ which was not even stated.
People come on groupon looking for a deal however I had to pay £95 extra. This literally felt like a scam! This was unprofessional, uncomfortable and there is no deal!
