The offer advertised was for 3, 6, or 9 sessions, and I paid for 9 sessions. However, when I arrived, I was told that a proper lipolysis session should normally last between 30 minutes and 1 hour, but because my treatment was purchased through Groupon, each session would only last 15 minutes. They advised that I should therefore do at least two sessions per visit. As a result, instead of receiving the 9 sessions I paid for, I only ended up having 4 sessions in total: three sessions lasting 30 minutes and one session lasting 45 minutes. After these treatments, I did not see any results at all. The machine used for the treatment looked very old, eBay for only £500. and was nothing like the one shown on their website which. I felt was very misleading . Another concerning issue is that the staff do not introduce themselves, so you do not know who is treating you unless you ask. They also did not appear particularly engaged or interested in their work, including the manager. The clinic environment was also uncomfortable. The place was very cold, as there is no central heating and the air conditioning does not work. They bring a small portable heater into the room and switch it on when the session begins, but the room remains cold and does not warm up by the time the treatment ends. Hygiene standards were also questionable. Some of the covers used on the treatment bed appeared to be reused, with only one occasion, a disposable tissue placed on the bed. The belts used for lipolysis also did not appear to be properly cleaned. When I asked why they looked stained, I was told it was because gel had been used on previous patients. When I asked whether the belts were cleaned after each use, I was told that they are only wiped down. In summary, I would not recommend this place. I feel the service was unprofessional and misleading. I paid for 9 sessions but effectively received only 4, saw no results, and the overall experience did not meet basic standards of professionalism or hygiene.

Girl who did massage was lovely and massage was good. But place to noisy whilst your trying to relax. Phone ringing people talking, Also booked a hour got 40 min didn’t realise till I was dressed .
