Had a 60 minute facial and it was excellent. Would highly recommend. Outstanding treatment!
It took me over 3 weeks to book as no one answered the phone or replied to my voicemails or messages. When I finally managed to speak to someone and explained the issue the person was defensive and dismissive of my issue and I didn’t get an apology. Although the treatment I received during my appointment was fine, the effort involved in trying to book an appointment spoiled the experience.
This Groupon didn’t seem very good value for money. The lady was pleasant enough but the pedicure lasted less than 15 minutes. I would have been appalled to pay the full price for that same treatment and won’t be returning.
The quality of the finish was good enough.
Had an express massage and facial from here, and it was the worst I’ve had. Very clumsy facial and the massage room was dirty (spilled product on the floor when I entered) and could do with a good deep clean. Save your money for other deals on groupon.
The massage and facial were great, have already booked again.
Very friendly and efficient staff
I want my money back - the owner was horrendously nasty and took offence when I asked if the hard skin would be filed on my feet, at which she flew off the handle and bullied me to leave, like an out of control school bully - saying untruthfully “you’ve done nothing but moan since you came in” ( I had a perfectly reasonable conversation with the person doing the pedicure)
it was really upsetting and u couldn’t believe how she verbally attacked me, falsely accusing me of “being rude” just because I asked about the hard skin removal - which a pedicure normally includes
She made a scene and ordered me to leave mid-teeatment, behaving like a jumped-up hitleress - certainly behaving unreasonably by ignoring anything I said when I tried to reason with her in a civilised manner. She refused to take off the half-finished shellac which had a mismatch in colour and her assistant ganged up on me and said “I do what my boss says” - like immature schoolgirls
It was really unpleasant and I’ve never been treated so badly in any salon in my entire life
The owner was venomous and nasty and full of resentment, even threatened to call the police - so I told her to go right ahead
Another customer then jumped on the bandwagon and also began attacking me verbally and I was really upset by it all
They’re looking kevin a Mafia set up!
They don’t have proper equipment either - no foot spa or hard skin removal - it’s mis-sold on groupon by these ignorant uneducated spivvy people
I think the Groupon facility should be withdrawn from the nasty woman running this “ business “ as she treats customers like dirt and hasn’t got any basic manners, has a foul temper, operates on her embittered emotions dumping her ire into innocent people, makes it clear she resents any discounts on treatments (obviously she can’t get repeat business at her normal price as she’s such a nightmare & so unprofessional)
The owner dumps her vexatious behaviour on newcomers and has a horrible attitude - all ego.
Mores the outt
Buyer beware! CAVEAT EMPTOR!
Very friendly. Excellent nails. A*******
The beauty therapist was lovely but the other people were very cold when I arrived and I was surprised to find out she was the owner! What a shame - can definitely benefit from some customer service training! Won’t go back if they offered it for free!
