Bought Japanese Head Spa as a relaxing treat gift for our friends birthday who works a lot and rarely takes time for herself. After her visit she said:
"It could have been relaxing but she said my hair was too long, and the instruments kept getting stuck. She was very conscious of the time and watching the clock and worrying about being late for her next client"
All in all, not great, and not the relaxing spa experience we had hoped to gift our friend.
