I always have a really good time when staying at the Heronston hotel. The rooms are always clean and tidy and it’s good value for money.

Booked this for my partner to attend with a friend, a week before she was meant to go we had a phone call from the hotel to say the pool, sauna and steam room were out of order, we had already booked 2 weeks before them telling us this. If not for the spa there would have been nothing to do. Spa treatment was supposed to be 30 minutes but only lasted 20. And so much more happened.

The spa facilities were closed like the pool and gym and other due to refurbishment, and because of this as a cause of inconvenience they offered to deluxe king room but they didn't so I am very disappointed. At the time of booking, I didn't know about this.
