From Our Editors

For their 21st Anniversary tour, The Circus of Horrors rolls out Welcome to the CarnEvil, and takes audiences back in time to Victorian London. The show tells the story of a young girl dreaming about running away and joining a circus troupe. The dream soon turns into a nightmare as she finds herself in a gruesome CarnEvil, filled with Killer Klowns, Sword Swallowers, Demon Dwarves and Death-Defying Aerialists. A Guinness Record-holding Hairculian Diva and fire-limboing acrobats also feature, as the show climaxes in a flaming apocalypse to the sound of devil-driven rock n’ roll played live by Dr Haze & The Interceptors from Hell.

Absolutely fantastic night out. Went with a friend and my dad. Completely different age groups but all had an equally great evening. Jaw dropping entertainment. Well worth a visit!

Very easy to get print out replaced with a ticket choice of where to sit. Great singing wonderful acts would love to see them again

Horrendous, screaming host, just couldn’t hear what he was saying through his mic as he was shouting so loud, couldn’t see anything as seats were so poor and a complete waste of money. Wouldn’t ever book seats with groupon again!

This was a horrendous show that belongs somewhere in the 70’s. Full of sexism and racism. The singing added absolutely nothing to the show, nor did the ‘storyline’ that was so disjointed and pointless it was painful. The acts themselves were very good, it’s a shame they were let down and cheapened by the format of the show.

We were really disappointed. Had to wait for ages crammed into an outer tent before let into the big top. The show seemed very disorganised and they seemed to be killing time a lot, we couldn't hear what was said much of the time and was generally not much different to a usual circus show. The artists were good but a shame they were in a rubbish show.We left at the interval so maybe the second half was better, but I doubt it. Quite a few people appeared to be leaving.
