Booking the consultation over the phone was super easy and all the prep instructions were clear. The woman I went to in the Bristol clinic was an absolute delight and super professional

Not a great experience, was left in the waiting area as running late then a really pushy treatment which during and after was tried to be sold a ‘course’ I.e another £400s worth of bookings and post treatment received calls and voicemail

Beware you can’t use voucher without booking 12+ sessions which are too expensive.

Horrible service, took months to arrange and they finally said the voucher is not correct although they redeemed it! Had to involve Groupon and still no resolution.

Fat freezing does not work f your BMI is over 31. This was not disclosed by Skinspace. I’ve wasted £900 on a 12 week program. Tried to agree a part refund but they have a clause in the long winded agreement that there are no guarantees and no refunds. This information should be given verbally not hidden away in small print jargon.

They refused to use the Groupon vouchers fir different treatments although booked as 1 transaction. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back!
