Spa was nice although the one jacuzzi area was not working. Afternoon was ok too.
My biggest problem that there were no terms and conditions on dates to avoid and we tried to book the 15th of February due as it was my birthday but the Spa wanted an extra £10 per person as it was the valentines weekend. To me that was unfair and was mis-sold as that was the whole point of buying it for that weekend and there were no terms saying we couldn't.
