Trying to book a room was dreadful
No answer on telephones or emails
I must of rang 10 times and left messages . No one returns calls . Or emails .
Eventually after 13 days of trying to communicate I got to book a room .

Very misleading picture on the website there is no deluxe about this place. Four Stars more like 2 at a push. Restaurant food more like a cafe. Served up with Tesco £5 special offer Prosecco. Place needs a good clean. If you eat in to restaurant they put a £8 surcharge on your room bill. Why anyone would choose to sit in a dirty restaurant and then get charged for the pleasure. Very Poor

Dirty and falling apart, mouldy and damp. I am embarrassed to have given the stay as a gift.

Sent to a room two floors below reception, found it after a route march. No offer of help with luggage. Room was nothing like any of the photographs on web site. It was very small, dirty marks on the walls, and window frame had black marks all over where the paint was missing. We had been looking forward to a luxury stay but this was certainly not it. What a disappointment.
