The Palace Hotel Buxton & Spa, Buxton

lovely place great staff food was beautiful. Service by most of the staff were lovely. Someone could be quite rude. but the spa facilities were absolutely disgusting needed to complete jet wash down and a good clean the receptionist needed to be more professional and helpful but the restaurant was lovely the entertainment at night we played the piano was very relaxing and the room was very standard comfortable bed clean and tidy as we checked in, they were very helpful and we didn’t feel rushed at all lovely experience

We got an excellent dinner, bed and breakfast deal on Groupon and we couldn't fault the hotel and food in any way. An amazing stay in a lovely location

Great stay, the hotel is beautiful full of character and charm, staff were very warm and welcoming, we were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise, room was wonderful with views from the front of the hotel across Buxton and the peaks, very sim for table nights sleep, we had dinner bed and breakfast and use of the leisure facilities, food was of a very good standard, loved the leisure facilities too, had a nice swim in the pool, and relax in the steam room and sauna, will definitely come back for another stay at the Palace Hotel Buxton, so near too all the sites of Buxton, loved Buxton too, thank you

I stay at the Palace hotel at least 3 times a year. I think it’s good value for money. The staff are lovely. The rooms have everything you need. The food has always been nice. I am there again to celebrate my 70th birthday. Then again not long after that. I would highly recommend this hotel. 👏😀
