I used this groupon for a full head of hair colouring. My hair looks amazing, it's finally back to how it was supposed to be. She understood perfectly what colours were used previously. Great cut. fyi: Not much smalltalk with me, just amongst coworkers in a language I don't speak. They only take cash ( as the groupon states, long hair costs extra and there's no styling included)

Arrived early for my appointment. Was seen 30mins later. Wrong colour used. Colour left longer due to lady taking new client Only 2 stylists in salon very poorly run, overbooked with clients. Very poor cut and even less poor blow dry. Had to point out that my hair was still damp to the lady. Left salon 2 and half hours later feeling very upset. Had to go to another salon for colour correction.

Lovely people but Brazilian blow dry they have done is not close to Brazilian blow dry. I am back to my wavy hair from the first day despite buying a shampoo they recommended from them. I think it is about the keratin product they use, can’t be tight one. I have done Keratin and Brazilian blow dry before, this wasn’t a proper one at all. V disappointed.
