I bought this as a 50th gift for my sister in 2019. She will be 55 in a few months STILL NO BALLON RIDE OR REFUND . They originally had flights from glamis, perth and Cupar angus hence the purchase. They no longer fly from these destinations Did I get an e-mail to let me know !!! Avoid at all costs you have more of a change of finding a four leaf clover !!!!

Tried to book the flight numerous times… myself and husband both took days off work for it then to be cancelled due to weather. This happened a few times and couldn’t book until it ran out. Never got to forfill my dream of an air ballon ride. Lost all the money paid for gift. Would never buy from virgin ever again in my life. Wouldn’t refund or help. Disgusting
