About BeeFit Club

Part of the Beehive Business Centre, Bee-Fit Club makes its members work like the worker bees their gym is named after. Under a watchful eye of one of three trainers, patrons take part in workouts tailored to their fitness level and exercise goals. Based on HIT, interval and functional training, the sessions' form varies to target a different muscle group each time.
