From Our Editors
The team at The Clarence Social specialise in traditional British cuisine with a modern twist. With just a few main courses available on their dinner menu, they focus on quality rather than quantity, serving up a steak of the day, Devon-sourced seafood and vegan options. On Sunday, the aroma of roast meat fills the venue, and patrons arrive alongside their friends and loved ones to catch up over a plateful of Cotswolds beef. Special occasions can be celebrated with a private function as plenty of room is available across the three floors The Clarence Social occupies. When it's party time, the restaurant turns into a vibrant cocktail bar, open late into the night.
Sunday lunch busy so book. Well run and good generous food
Lovely Atmosphere, great food & service, looking forward to going back.
We had a fantastic evening. The food was gorgeous. My calamari starter was so big I couldn’t eat it all. Really recommend the duck, beautifully cooked. Will definitely go back.
Love lunch. Staff extremely good. Not sure why there were not many there on the day we went. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
