The professionalism and attention to detail of all the staff was brilliant. Even the location was amazing. The amount of bread we made in three hours and the interaction of the professional chef was just excellant. I learnt such a lot great day and I will certainly rebook to do another course with them.

We attended the Indian Cookery Class. As complete novices we were slightly in trepidation of the experience! No problem! From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome, coffee was served and we met Simon our Chef. My partner and I had a fantastic afternoon. We were guided at every stage and produced a complete meal to take home for tea/supper. The whole experience was one of serious cooking but in a light-hearted manner. Plenty of laughs and we are definately going back for the Pork Pie Course. Thanks Simon for a great afternoon.

Very pleasant afternoon cooking street food. Course well structured and informative. Home cooked is far superior to bought food. Now feel able to tackle flatbreads with confidence.
