Located on the outskirts of Thornbury, Jungle Chums invites little ones to let off steam at a jungle-themed soft play area. While kids are busy playing, parents can catch up with friends and enjoy a cup of coffee, or make use of complimentary Wi-Fi access. Special occasions can be observed with a choice of party package.
Lovely place to visit, chilldren had lots of fun. Cafe has a great selection of drinks and food. Only criticism is that the soft play was very cold.
The staff were fantastic, the party was very organised and they had thought of everything. Wonderful experience and a great party for the children and adults!
Good sized soft play, great netted bridge that goes right over the seating area and a good space for ball playing.
Food and drinks are as expected for the type of venue. Generous portion of cheeses chips and very yummy mint hot chocolate.
We had a great time at jungle chums, there is a great baby area and a the larger area is suitable for 3+ which my 4 year old loved! My little girl is just over 2 and I found there wasn’t so much she could go on, as the baby area was a bit too young and the older bit was a bit too old, so there is just a little gap there I think
Hours of fun for our grandchildren, aged 3 to 8.
Pleasant staff, clean and tidy.
Could do with an area to eat own snacks.
Car park a bit hectic.
Clean and tidy. A lot quieter than most soft plays which was quite nice. I found food/drinks a bit over priced which meant we didn't buy much, had it have been cheaper we may have stopped longer and had lunch etc. Hot drink prices were similar to that of Costa Coffee and so on. Staff were polite and helpful. Good for kids over 3 up to around 6 or 7 in my opinion and for very young babies. My 18 month old was too small for the big bit and too small for the baby bit, so was a bit tricky. 7 year old enjoyed it.
Very friendly. Safe, Clean and nice cafe. Can't wait to tie our great grandson back.
You can sit with cup of tea and what toddlers playing safely.
Very lovely relaxinf place to go, seems to have some sort of baby/toddler groups going on aswell, perfect for my 1yr old to have his own space to play as well as a full soft play area for my 4yr old, the only issue is the parking, as it was a squeeze and my sat nav. Took us down some country roads, but there is a main road to get to, the food is also very lovely
When I rang to check costs they flagged a Groupon offer to me, which was really kind, and I used!
Friendly and helpful staff.
Food was good, hot and came quickly. Food cost a little more than I expected.
Lovely soft play environment. Not too small and not too big as you can sit and relax and still have sight of the children. My 4, 2 and 1 year olds loved the variety of equipment they had to play with.
Lovely and helpful staff also. Will defo visit again.
