Very pleasantly surprised. Hotel & restaurant very upmarket look & feel. We were shown to our table quickly & politely. The starters were good & the mains were excellent. Staff very efficient & polite. Really enjoyed & will return soon.

The food was delicious and the waiter was very courteous. He re-filled our tea and coffee pots no problem. The place itself was decked out in Christmas splendour. We also had a drink in the Mallard bar afterwards. Brilliant day out for the family.

Well, what a wonderful experience. We had a two course lunch which was delicious accompanied with bottles of Kopparberg and a lovely glass of wine, may I say! The waiter was just delightful and couldn't do enough. One of our party couldn't attend and he so kindly boxed her meal to takeaway! Value for money, can't be beaten. Surpassed all expectations... Needless to say, we've booked again, thank you, 5 stars all the way, Julie and family xx

We had a loverly lunch, 2 coarse meal with peroni beers booked via Groupon ,served by a waiter who made you feel special (,very nice in lovely surroundings.

We had a fabulous time at Park Hall. The afternoon tea was one of the best we've ever had. We were a party of 10 made via 3 separate bookings and staff sat us all together. All staff very quick, polite, food delicious and cakes were divine. Hotel was very busy as few events on but this did not spoil our experience. Thank you Park Hall, we will be back soon
