La Perle Milford is the first restaurant of Sam, a chef who represented Milford-on-Sea in the TV show Professional Master Chef. Sam and his team serve up a wide array of starters, main courses and desserts, and at least 90% of the kitchen's supplies come from sustainable producers in Hampshire and Dorset. The menu features seafood meals and steaks, complemented by a range of cocktails and drinks. Aiming to contribute to the development of the local community, the restaurant plays host to regular events such as food quiz, Italian cuisine night and live music performances.
